Solutions Journalism Network is committed to bringing journalists and stories together. They built a site called The Hub to be the central point to connect them. They hired us to create a new logo identity for them.
They needed the new logo to retain their brand colors and font, so it did not feel disconnected from the main brand, but wanted something fresh and modern that would communicate Connection and Support.
We explored combining both meanings by means of their colors, which we brought together in a gradient. The ultimate evolution of the logos came from combining several visual queues that convey Connection and Support.
